So You Think You Want to Become a Vegetarian? & What to Do With Tofu
Create whole wheat pasta with “neatballs” and fresh tomato sauce. Learn how to make healthy food choices, even in school luch period. Find out how Tofu is made, different types and when to use them. Taste spicy BBQ tofu, salad with tofu croutons, and chocolate mousse! Yum! Presented by The Passionate Palate. Saturday, February 10th 1:00-3:00 with 15 min. break. Music Time for Toddlers with Leah Oppenheimer. For ages 1-3. Wednesdays at 10:30, Jan. 31, Feb. 7, 14, 21, 28. Please register in advance at the children’s desk.
Story, Songs and Playtime with Susann. For Babies and Toddlers. Every Thursday at 11:00. No sign up necessary.
Craft Time with Susann. For ages 3 and up. Young children may need extra help from accompanying adult for some crafts. Fridays at 4:00 (except Feb. 23rd). No sign up required .

Chocolate Covered Everything! Dip pretzels, marshmallows, candies, and more into warm liquid chocolate. Take your delicious treats home in a bakery box you decorate yourself. Unearthing Ancient Egyptian Scrolls & The Fast Food of Ancient Egypt. Experience the ancient art of paper making using plant materials. Create your very own “scroll” to keep. Discuss the amazing culture and history of Egypt. Learn how the Egyptians used make-up! An Egyptian recipe will be prepared and shared. Make you own good luck charm to keep.
