Is your child ready to graduate from the babies group on Thursdays?

Come and play at our new Tuesday morning program: BOOKWORMS!  Children who are ready for more social interaction and challenges will enjoy this hour of stories, dancing, games, and free play.

Every Tuesday 11:00-12:00. BEGINS APRIL 3rd!

An adult must stay in the children’s department for this program. No registration necessary.

Story, Songs and Playtime: Thursdays 11:00-12:00. For Babies and Toddlers. No sign up required, just drop by!

There will be no Story, Songs and Playtime on March 29th. Please stop in anyway to visit with friends and enjoy our children’s department.

Craft Time: Fridays 4:00-4:30. For ages 3 and up. Young children may need extra help form adult caregivers for some crafts. No sign up necessary.

Saturday, April 14th at 3:00. Ages 8 & up.

Create organic, beautifully designed clay  pieces using the art of Malibu Tile. We will paint original clay pieces and thread them on a leather cord to create a raw, but hip, looking jewelry.

Saturday, April 14th at 1:00. Ages 3 & up.

Decorate a two-dimensional butterfly with paint, markers, pastels, sequins and more. Then, assemble it and watch it take flight with the aid of the “movement wheel.” Discussion of the butterfly’s journey and where yours might take you in the coming year.

Follow the clues around the library to the Pot of Gold. For ages 5-9.

Miss Susann will be with the children as they explore the library. All participants will receive part of the treasure. Parents must remain in the library during the program.
